BagWorld is a group company of Ujwal Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd. which has paved the way for luggage retail over the last 22 years. The company operates retail outlets for Samsonite across Chennai, Delhi & Puducherry. With the creation of BagWorld, the company has ventured into eco friendly bags manufacturing.

We have all end-product eco friendly manufacturing processes in house at our factory in Thirumazhisai, Tamil Nadu. The factory is SEDEX/SMETA certified and has the ability to process orders of upto 50000 bags every month. .

About Our Factory !

We take immense pride in being a women-run factory, with a talented team of 70 skilled local women who are trained and empowered to grow with us. By hiring and developing local talent, we not only support women’s employment but also strengthen the community around us.

Our fully integrated facility houses all essential departments — stores, CAD, cutting, sewing, designing, printing, finishing, packing, and dispatch — ensuring smooth operations and complete in-house quality control.

We are proud to be certified by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), Jute Mark India, and SMETA, reinforcing our dedication to quality, sustainability, and responsible manufacturing.

Our factory is equipped with a fabric inspection machine to ensure the highest quality in our sustainable and eco-friendly textiles and accessories. Each fabric roll is carefully checked for weaving defects, color consistency, and surface uniformity before production. This ensures premium-quality sustainable fabrics, reduces waste, and upholds our commitment to eco-friendly manufacturing.

Our factory features an advanced embroidery machine that brings intricate detailing to our sustainable and eco-friendly textiles and accessories. It enables precise stitching, creative patterns, and high-quality finishes while maintaining eco-conscious production standards. This adds value, durability, and a touch of craftsmanship to every sustainable product we create.

Our factory is equipped with a wide range of advanced sewing machines, including bar tack, heavy-duty, double-needle, overlock, fusing, and standard sewing machines, ensuring precision and durability in every stitch. These machines enable us to produce high-quality, sustainable, and eco-friendly textiles and accessories with superior strength, finish, and consistency reflecting our commitment to ethical and efficient manufacturing.

Our Sourcing

We procure our textiles from family owned, and certified mills to ensure that they are produced with the welfare of the workers in mind. We place the utmost value on our fabric suppliers’ adherence to the strictest manufacturing guidelines and their creation of a good workplace for all employees. We can provide certificates for the fabric on demand.
We place strong quality checks over the materials procured and ensure minimum damage.

We have introduced a wide range of products for living, dining, kitchen, and bath spaces under the label of Beyond Beleaf. The range is developed with hemp & bamboo only.
