Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipping

We also offer international shipping. Please contact us for more details about the same. In cases of international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bag World will not be responsible for these charges, and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of receiving the tracking number, please contact us at sales@bagworld.net.in with your name and tracking number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns upto 5 days after delivery, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at sales@bagworld.net.inwith your name and a photograph of the damaged item. We address such concerns on a case-by-case basis, but will try to work towards finding a satisfactory solution.
